- Pay attention to your Lived/Living Body, the Felt/Feeling Body
- Slow down
- Rest and pause often
- Reduce effort (Proceed Softly)
- Move up to but NOT INCLUDING the threshold of The Stretch/Stretching
- Same but with Threshold of Fatigue
- Same but with Threshold of Pain
- Interpret movements in your own way, how you conceive the movements proposed. You are not watching a demonstration (Recall all these pointers work best when applied together as a group)
- Observe Sensations, Emotions, Thoughts, Images
- Be comfortable with novelty/newness
- Remember your Breathing is a support and index of quality of the session of somatic education
- Find your own rhythm, go at your own pace (Personalized rhythm)
